Do you want to know about me. HHAHH!!! Alright, Go ahead..........
My full name is Pich khun Panha (quite big! to spell and pronounce). I like it. A lot of my friends call me "Panha" and some close friends call me"PAN-HA" or "Clever". That's a nice pet name. Umm! You know, i was born on September 09, 1973 in Sangkat No.5, Phnom Penh City. As you can imagine that time it was really a hard time while civil war just began...and now, I live in Phnom Penh which is Capital of Cambodia. It is also called "Doun Penh City" as it is famous for pearls. It has a great history and culture. I love it very much because my whole childhood was spent there. I would say is my adopted place because Phnom Penh is the place where I was born. I want to say much about this City, but I don't want to bore you.
I am proud of being an Cambodian because Over three-quarters of Cambodia is forest. Rice is the principal crop and Cambodia with so much integrity and diversity in cultures and languages. Cambodia has a coastline on the Gulf of Thailand and shares borders with Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. Its main topographical feature is the Tonle Sap, or Great Lake, which drains into the Mekong River. Now, I would like to tell you briefly about my experience as follownig: On 16th June 1990, I had passed the high school degree with a good academic grade. I was then attending the University for my further education.
On 25th September, 1990, I had passed Examiniation and good background,I was very lucky with to be chosen by the Government of the Unions of Socialist of Soviet of Republic ( USSR ) for a scholarship recommend by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia.I studied at the Dagestan State University in Russian State. My course was in World Economic. I took my specialized subject as International Economic Relation, International Law, International Finance, Administrative Law, Accounting, Economic Geography, Financial Mathematics, Micro-economics, Macro-economics, Computer and English etc.
On 14th April 1997 I had graduate the course and received Diploma of Master Degree of Science in Economics in good grade. During that time I also had studied Computer course and received Certificate of solving of the tasks on direct economic calculations with the help of programming in DBMS and the end of 1997 I has successfully and satisfactorily Completed the E-MAIL and INTERNET course.
On 2nd February 1998, I joint the MFA-IC of The Royal Government of Cambodia as an Official of the Dept of Americas in charge of bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and the United States of America in the field of Trade and Finance. At the same time, I have concerned with the USA strategy towards the countries in the region, in particular the program development of cooperation between US-ASEAN and US-EU.

On 18th December 1999 to 25th december, 2000, I had passed the test which organize by EU and after that i was sent to be trainned for TPO course and the final course on January, 2001 the TPO have selected to study visit in Malasia.
On 26 March to 15 June, 2001 i was sent to be trainned in Sourth Korea for IT programe,
On 22 July to 01 September, 2001, i was sent to be trainned the Network Setup and Administration in Singapore.
On 24 February, 2002, i also was sent to be trainned in Singapore for IT Management.
Now, i'm a Bureau Chief for Technical Management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. I have been aware of the general aspects of the globalization in this millennium 2000 with the intention to eradicate poverty which is the main duty for me to sum up the most accurate judgement of the situation.
